General Event Support - Requirements: Outside, standing, sitting, and lifting - Help with beer, wine, ice, etc. our General Event Support will be stationed either by ice or by the refrigerator to assist staff and vendors with refilling their booths with ice and beverages.
Drink Pouring - Requirements: Outside, and mostly standing - Stationed at a drink booth to pour alcohol at the booth and provide beverages to visitors. Will need to punch a hole in the tasting card of each visitor who gets a sample.
Wristband Volunteers - Requirements: Outside, and mostly standing - Check IDs and give the proper wristband to each guest.
Sales Assistance - Requirements: Outside, standing and lifting - Ensure that the sales tent is stocked with alcohol and assist guests in finding alcohol and bringing their alcohol to the counter.
First Aid Attendant - Requirements: Background in nursing or active nursing student, or other medical expertise - Inside or outside, sitting and standing - Stationed inside at the Ella front desk to provide first aid assistance upon request.
Vendor Hospitality - Requirements: Inside or outside, standing, walking, and sitting - Actively check-on vendors by going booth to booth offering to booth-sit for vendors if they need to use the restroom, grab food, etc. Act as the go-between for vendors and staff if any issues arise.
Volunteer Hospitality - Requirements: Inside, outside, standing, walking, and sitting - Provide support for the Volunteer Coordinator, by checking with active ABW volunteers. Additionally, can help by going from booth to booth checking in on drink pourers making sure everything is going ok.
Musician Check-in - Requirements: Outside, standing, sitting, and lifting - Stationed at the stage. This station will be loud. Check-in with musicians as they come for their set. They give wristbands to the musicians (will check IDs) and help answer questions about the event for musicians. Can be ABW go-between for musicians and staff if issues arise.
Vendor Support Assistant - Requirements: Outside, standing, and lifting - Checks in vendors when they come to set up. Assist in volunteer and ABW vendor hospitality in the volunteer room.
General Set-up Assistant - Requirements: Outside, Standing, and Lifting - Set Up shift only - Help vendors set up, help set up tables, chairs, water, and ABW festival grounds before opening.
General Clean-up Assistant - Requirements: Outside, standing, and lifting - Tear Down Shift only - Helps vendors with tear down, helps us tear down tents, break down tables, stack chairs, bring alcohol inside.
