The Grand Community Room

Wedding Reception and Outdoor Ceremony – $8,000

Includes:

  • Grounds location of your choice for ceremony
  • Up to a 6 hour reception
  • Rehearsal and day-before set up 12-8pm
  • Day-of access at 12pm
  • Open access to grounds for photos
  • Outdoor Patio usage
  • 1 hour for breakdown and clean-up
  • 1 hour for guests to walk the museum galleries
  • Handicap accessible facility
  • Bridal Suite – includes refreshments and snacks
  • Tables and chairs set up/take down for both ceremony and reception
  • Tablecloths (up to 25 tables, choose between White, Ivory, or Black)
  • Napkins (up to 175, color options available)
  • Use of hallway for catering and/or cards/décor
  • Audio/Video set-up and usage
  • Coolers for beverages
  • Bar service for reception
  • Catering kitchen with ice machine, refrigerator, microwave, and prep-station

  • Coffee – $0.75 per guest, includes cups, straws, and sugar
  • Wooden arch – $100, set up and placed in spot of your choice
  • Metal arch with white or black drapes – $50, places in spot of your choice
