The Ella Experience
A full-day celebration in Jackson’s most iconic historic setting.
Includes two full days of access for decorating, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. No other events will be booked on your day of celebration, offering exclusive use of the museum. Enjoy the outside patio, patio lighting, bridal and groom suites, gallery access, and setup support from our event staff.
The Grand Community Room
Includes day before set-up (10 hr access both days), Hillside Farmhouse access for day of wedding photos,
staff host, tables, chairs, linens, napkins, patio, patio lighting, bridal suite and groom suite, A/V system, Kitchen use, 1-hr gallery access, setup & teardown.
Ella’s Granary

Offerings that are unique with hosting at Ella Sharp Museum
Cocktail Hour or Star Show Inside Hurst Planetarium – $400
30 to 45-minute private shows during cocktail hour – an unforgettable guest experience (bar/cocktails not included).
Gallery Access – $150/hr
Private access to our latest exhibitions for guests to explore or for wedding photos. Included in The Ella Experience Package.
Museum Photo Pass – $250
Pre-wedding or engagement session in select historic grounds. Included in The Ella Experience Package.
Patio Games & Lounge Set – $150
Cornhole, lawn games, and museum-provided lounge seating for outdoor receptions.
Vendor Early Access (Day Before) – $250
Add a 2 hr early setup window when the calendar allows.
All contact details, including floor plans and consumable orders are to be placed no less than two weeks prior to your event. Changes are not permitted less than 48 hours in advance and will be subject to a fee of $100 and up. Events booked less than 30 days out include a 10% rush fee on the room rental total.
Events scheduled on museum-closed days or recognized holidays are subject to an additional Holiday Operations Fee ranging from $250-$500, based on event type and staffing needs.
