Ella Sharp Museum Leadership Update
The Ella Sharp Museum Board announces that Tina Mercier, who has served as Interim Executive Director since February 2026, has decided to leave her position on January 31, 2027, at the end of her contract period.
The Board of Directors extends its sincere appreciation to Tina for her leadership and dedication during her tenure. She brought steady guidance to the Museum, earned the trust and support of the Board, and worked closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to advance the Museum’s mission.
Tina will continue to serve as Interim Executive Director for the balance of her contract, giving the Board the time it needs to thoughtfully chart the Museum’s next chapter.
The Museum will continue operations as usual, with a full slate of exhibitions and programs planned for the coming year. Staff, volunteers, and community partners are energized about the future of Ella Sharp Museum.
