Jackson County Museum Day

FREE ADMISSION DAY – Join us for Jackson County Museum Day this Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm!

See our map for a packed schedule of activities throughout the day including Zumba with the YMCA and the Jackson County Intermediate School District’s Jackson Reads event. They’ll have book giveaways, science demonstrations and book readings throughout our campus.

Plus visitors to Ella Sharp Museum can enjoy our exhibit galleries (new Exploration Stations), historic farm lane, Hurst Planetarium shows, Hillside Farmhouse tours and freshly popped popcorn from our historic popcorn wagon, Popcorn Charlie.

Planetarium shows and Farmhouse tours will be offered every hour on the hour. Tours run from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. with the last admittance at 3 p.m.
