Fall Harvest Festival Vendor Registration
Join us at Ella Sharp Museum for our Fall Harvest Festival, welcoming more than 2,500 attendees for a day of fall fun, food, shopping, and community. We are looking for local makers, artists, small businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, food vendors, and food trucks to be part of the festival.
Fall inspired vendors are especially encouraged! We are looking for seasonal, handmade, locally made, harvest themed, and family friendly products, food, displays, and experiences that help create the feel of a true fall celebration.
Vendor Pricing
Early Registration through September 15
- Artisan, Craft, Retail or Business Vendor: $35
- Nonprofit or Community Organization: $20
- Food Vendor or Food Truck: $55
September 16 through September 21
- Artisan, Craft, Retail or Business Vendor: $40
- Nonprofit or Community Organization: $25
- Food Vendor or Food Truck: $60
Final registration deadline: September 21
Ella Members Save More
Current Ella Sharp Museum members receive $5 off their vendor registration fee. Not a member yet? Add a one year Individual Membership for just $35, a $15 savings on the regular $50 membership.
Your membership includes unlimited museum and planetarium admission, member pricing on select events and programs, 10% off in Ella’s Corner Shop, special member opportunities, and reciprocal benefits at 1,000+ participating museums and science centers.
How Registration Works
- A $20 deposit is required when you apply and will be applied toward your vendor fee.
- Applications are reviewed to help us create a great variety of vendors for the festival.
- If selected, you will receive an acceptance email, and your remaining balance must be paid in full to confirm your space.
If your application is not selected, your $20 deposit will be refunded.
Vendor Space
- Approved vendors receive approximately one 10′ x 10′ space.
- Vendors provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, equipment, and tent weights.
- Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance.
