Treat your team to a new experience that blends productivity and inspiration. Enjoy private use of the museum’s meeting space, access to outdoor patios for breaks, and optional add-ons like gallery tours or planetarium presentations to make their day memorable.

Package includes 8 hours of private room use (8AM – 4PM), Access to outdoor patio with soft lighting, Complimentary Wi-Fi and A/V access (projector, microphone, screen), Use of prep kitchen (for catering setup only), Staff host for assistance, Setup & teardown, Tables, Chairs, and Linens (if requested up to 15).


The Grand Community Room

Capacity: 250 chairs only; 160 with tables and chairs

The Grand Community Room is the perfect place for your large gathering. This 2,300 sq. ft. room features an arched window overlooking the scenic patio and classic log cabin, built in 1864.

Ella’s Granary

Capacity: up to 50 guests

Ella’s Granary offers an intimate and rustic space with a covered outdoor patio, catering kitchen, parlour, and split levels to accommodate a wide variety of gatherings.

Friday Rate – $1,200

The Activities Room

Capacity: up to 50 guests

Monday – Friday Rate – $600

Optional Experience Add-Ons:

Evening Social Hour – $250/hr
Patio or Grand Community Room add-on. Includes soft lighting, background music, and staff coverage from 4PM to 6PM.

Planetarium Presentation – $400
45-minute private show themed for team inspiration

Gallery Tour – $150
30-minute guided museum or art exhibit tour for attendees.

Morning Coffee Service – $75 setup
Includes coffee, tea, and water station. Can include pastries for $1.50 per person.

Photo Session Access – $250
Photography access in Ella’s Hillside Farmhouse.

All contact details, including floor plans and consumable orders are to be placed no less than two weeks prior to your event. Changes are not permitted less than 48 hours in advance and will be subject to a fee of $100 and up. Events booked less than 30 days out include a 10% rush fee on the room rental total.

Events scheduled on museum-closed days or recognized holidays are subject to an additional Holiday Operations Fee ranging from $250-$500, based on event type and staffing needs.
