Toddler Tour: One World, One Sky

Toddler Tour: One World, One Sky

Join us in the Hurst Planetarium for Big Bird’s adventure on Sesame Street with Elmo and Elmo’s friend, Hu Hu Zhu, visiting from China. They’ll take viewers on an exciting discovery of the Sun, Moon, and stars. Young astronomers will learn about the Big Dipper and the North Star and take an imaginary trip to the Moon to learn how it’s a very different place from the Earth. When Elmo and Hu Hu Zhu imagine themselves back on Earth, they celebrate the idea that even though they live in two different countries, they still share the same sky.

This experience, specially designed for ages 2-5, is approximately 45 minutes in duration and is limited to approximately 30 participants. Along with planetarium fun, We’ll also do an art project related to the Toddler Tour. It’s a perfect introduction to space for young learners!
