Art Vendor Application

Join the Ella Sharp Museum for an opportunity to sell your wares at our Sugaring and Shearing Festival. This free festival brings in over 1,000 people of all ages.

We will not accept any mass produced, non-handcrafted goods (examples include but are not limited to: Avon, Cutco, doTERRA, LulaRoe, Young Living, etc.)

Size of booth:
Approximately 8ft x 8ft. Vendors wanting a double booth may pay extra.

Booth prices:
Single booth space is $75 for Ella Sharp Museum Members, $100 for non-members. Double booth space is $100 for Ella Sharp Museum Members, $125 for non-members.

Food Truck Application

The Sugaring and Shearing Festival offers a great opportunity for food trucks to get exposure in the Jackson community while supporting a local non-profit.

All booths are 10’ x 10’. Food vendors must provide their own tents, trucks, or any other set up materials. Double booths are 10’ x 20’ and are available for those who need them.

Booth pricing: For food vendors who make food on site, such as taco trucks, pizza, sandwiches, etc. The booth fee is a refundable $35

You must provide your own outdoor noise cancelling generator with grounded cords free of defects. The Ella Sharp Museum will not be able to provide electricity for any reason.

No freshwater hookups can be provided at the Sugaring and Shearing Festival as Ella Sharp Museum is not equipped.

All booth spaces are located on Museum property. Food Trucks will not be able to access museum property until 9am on the day of the event.

The Ella Sharp Museum is not responsible or liable for any damaged or stolen goods. All vendors must be responsible for their own weather protection and security of booths, tents, merchandise, or other property in the event of hazardous weather.

All food trucks/trailers must unhitch from their vehicle and park outside of the festival grounds.
