Spring Ceramics Classes
Beginner / Intermediate – Monday Afternoon
Join us for our afternoon beginner/intermediate ceramics class to cultivate your creativity. This class is appropriate for students who wish to learn about pottery tools and how to utilize them. Beginners will learn the basics of pottery. This class includes open studio time for the duration of the class.
This 8 week class, on Mondays, is for students ranging in skill level from beginner to practiced. One 25lb bag of clay (white, brown, or speckled) will be included with the class fee.
Dates: Mondays from April 4 – May 23, 2022
Time: 1 – 4 pm
Price: $250 per person ($200 for members)
Meet the Instructor: Beth Voulgaris
Beth Voulgaris, is an advocate for the arts; previously, she provided after school art at the elementary level and participated in the “Arts Go to School” program at the Ella for eight years. She helped develop and support the “Art à Loan” program, a county-wide outreach project to promote children’s art. Additionally, she has been active in educational workshops through the Jackson Pottery and Clay Guild.
